TL;DR: Use the app to track your own workouts. It's a tracking tool, not medical advice. Your data stays yours — you can export it or delete it. Don't abuse the service.

These terms govern your use of Achieve My Fitness, operated by Moblize.it LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Achieve My Fitness is a workout tracking app: you log exercises, sets, reps, weights, and hold times, and optionally request AI-generated coaching feedback based on your own workout history.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time — see account deletion.

Your data

The workout data you log belongs to you. You can export it from Settings → Export My Data. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

The app — including AI-generated coaching feedback — provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.

AI-generated content

AI coaching feedback is generated automatically from your workout data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment; do not rely on it as a substitute for professional guidance.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer security measures, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and the date above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moblize.it LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injuries sustained while exercising.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Moblize.it LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
