Privacy Policy

TL;DR: Your workouts stay yours. We collect your sign-in identity and the workout data you log, store them in your own private space, and use them only to run the app and power your AI coach. No ads, no data sales, no third-party analytics. You can export your workout data or delete your account (and everything in it) at any time.

Achieve My Fitness ("the app") is operated by Moblize.it LLC. This policy describes what we collect when you use the app at achievemy.fitness or through our iOS and Android apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account identity. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive the private relay address Apple generates for you.
Workout data. The workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, hold times, and notes you log in the app.
Preferences. App settings tied to your account.
Feedback. If you submit feedback, we store your rating and comment together with your account email so we can respond.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, location data, or contacts, and we do not use third-party analytics.

How we use your data

Running the app. Your data is stored in Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, hosting, cloud functions) in a per-user space that only your signed-in account can read or write.
AI coach analysis. When you request AI feedback, your recent workout data is sent through our authenticated server proxy to Google's Gemini API and processed under Google's API terms. Requests are limited per user per day. We never expose API keys in the app.
Feedback delivery. Feedback you submit is emailed to the administrator via the Firebase Trigger Email extension.
Exercise demo media. Exercise demonstration GIFs are cached on your device for faster loading. The cache lives in your app's private storage and is removed with the app.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your data with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, workouts, preferences, and active sessions are permanently deleted, and any feedback you submitted is anonymized (your name and email are removed; the rating and comment are kept without any link to you).

Export your data

You can download your workout data anytime from Settings → Export My Data in the app, which produces a JSON file of your workouts and app preferences. You can also request an export by emailing it@moblize.it from the address associated with your account.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account) or by emailed request — see account deletion for both paths.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Access to your data is enforced by Firebase security rules that isolate each user's data to their own authenticated account. Administrative operations (such as account deletion) run server-side with audited cleanup steps.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
